Diet for arthritis!!!
The painful arthritis can be quite bearable if the patient can follow the proper diet. The proper diet will help the patient to fight against it better. And make life easier for them....
following are the diet that arthritic patient can follow :-
1.Green vegetables:
Foods such as asparagus, garlic and onion, cabbage and broccoli are beneficial for people with rheumatoid arthritis because they contain an important amount of sulfur. Sulfur is a trace mineral that is needed for the repair of the bone and joint tissues. Green leafy vegetables should be consumed frequently, as they are rich in antioxidants and also supply vitamin K, a vitamin that is important for healthy bones and joints
2.Pomegranate:
Apart from being delicious fruit it has great anti inflammatory property.The pomegranate fruit is extremely effective at attacking the protein Interleukin-1b. This protein has pro-inflammatory properties that are largely responsible for causing osteoarthritis and a degradation of the cartilage in the body.
3.Cherries:
Cherries not only make the top on cake but also it makes the top of diet for arthritic food as well.
Cherries have anti-inflammatory properties and are chock-full of nutrients. Cherries contain vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus, amygdalin, malic acid, citric acid, tannin, quercetin, anthocyanin and cyanidin. With all the antioxidants cherries contain, they might have the potential to reduce inflammation, slow cardiovascular disease, inhibit tumor growth and reverse the aging process.
